  Ingredients: Amount
  Pastry 1 pc
  Salmon fish(fumed) 12 pc
  Trout(fumed) 4 pc
  Tomato 2 pc
  Cucumber 2 pc
  Parsley ½ bunch
  Capari Flower  
  Oil 100 ml
  Lemon juice 1 pc
  Egg yolk 1 pc
  Dill (chopped). 1/4 bunch

Preparing : : Fry the 4 pc. pastry squares, in oil. Wrap the pastries with salmon fish and trout. Serve it with tomato, cucumber, capari flower and parsley. Sauce:mix lemon juice, egg yolk, dill well and add in oil slowly.
