  Ingredients: Amount
  Beef
12 pc
  Onion 3 pc
  Quince 4 pc
  Tomato puree 1 table spoon
  Pepper puree 1 table spoon
  Margarine 150 gr
  Flour 1 table spoon
  Pomegranate-juice 4 table spoon
  Black pepper, Salt,  
  Pimento, Carnation, some Water  

Preparing : Fry onion (chopped) in oil and add all the ingredients except spices. After you fry the beef pc. add in Sauce. Later on add in 12 sliced quince add all the spice. Cook it for 20 min. Cook the other quinces in the water and make pirel out of it. Add sugar and cook it welt. Put the purel an a plate and beef pc. Put also quince-sliced and Sauce between them. Serve it hot.
