  Ingredients Amount
  Eggs 5
  Flour 100 gr.
  Sugar 50 gr.
  Almond Kernels
75 gr.
  Baking Powder  
  Grated Lemon  
  For the syrup
  Sugar 750 gr.
  Water 0.750lt.
  Lemon juice 1/4Lemon

Preparation : Mix the eggs with 50 gr. sugar by a mixer. At foamy and bubbling state, add the grated almond, flour, grated lemon, baking powder and mix them. Pour them into an oily tray of 30cb. In mdiameter. Bake it in a moderately heated oven for 20 min. Take it from the oven and pour the syrup. Service it when cooled.
