Preparation : Cook the
100 gr. sugar with the ½lemon juice, in a pan
on the oven. Put a spoonful of this mixture at
the bottom of the caramel-cups.Boil the milk and
let it be cool. Mix the egg, cacao, sugar and
vanilla well. Add in the milk. Put the mixture
in the caramel-cups.Put the caramel-cups in a
tray which is hallfull of water. Cook it in the
oven for 30 min. Serve it with cream.
