Kaygana In Pestil Sauce

  Ingredients Amount
  Milk 250 gr.
  Margarine (melt) 20 gr.
  Flour 100 gr.
  Egg 2 pc.
  Salt and Sugar  
  For The Mixture
  Banana 4 pc.
  Butter 2 table spoon
  Apple marmalade 200 gr.
  Pestil 100 gr.
  (fruit pulp dried in thin layers on cloth).

Preparation : Whisk all the kaygana ingredients and strain it. Cook it in 6 pc. in a pan. Chop the banana and fry with the butter. Add the marmelade and cook it for a while. Put the mixture inside of the kaygana pcs and make rolls. Pour the pestil sauce (added water) over the rolls and serve it.
