Preparation : Beat milk
and egg yolks. Add sugar, simmer, stirring. İn
another bowl, mix rice flour and water until thickens
slightly, when milk boils, add rice flour mixture.
After 2-3 minutes boiling, add coconut, almonds
and vanilla, put heat off.
Pour into four individual bowls, sprinkle pistachio,
serve cold.
