  Ingredients Amount
  Lor cheese 500 gr
  Baking-powder 1 packet
  egg 5 pc.
  Flour 150 gr.
  Semolina 150 gr.
  Margarine 250 gr.
  Milk 500 gr.
  Sugar 1 table spoon
  Cyrup
  Sugar 1 kg.
  Water 1 kg.
  Lemon ½

:Preparation : Boil the milk with sugar, margarine, flour and semolina. Take it out the cooker. Add in lor-cheese, egg and baking-powder. Dough it well. Put the made-dough in a cake bag and squeze it. Cook it in the oven for 25 min. Boil the water with sugar and half lemon. Make the cyrup ready. Pour the cyrup over the dessert.
