  Ingredients Amount
  Milk 100 ml.
  Butter 50 gr.
  Flour 80 gr.
  Egg 2-3pc
  Salt ½spoon
  For the cream
  Milk 250 ml
  Sugar 75 gr
  Butter 30 gr
  Flour 50 gr.
  Egg 1 pc
  Vanilla ½packet
  For the Sauce
  Milk 200 ml.
  Kuvartur 50 gr.
  Pralin 50Gr.
  Cocao 40gr
  Egg yolk 1pc
  Strach ½spoon

Preparation (ekmek):Boil the milk and add in butter and flour. Make it a dough. Cook it for 5 min. Mix in with egg by a mixer. Squeeze in small pc. on a tray and cook it for 25-30 min. Boil milk with sugar. Mix egg with flour and vanilla by adding some boiling milk. Strain it and add in boiling milk.when it gets thicker , put butter and cook it for 10-15 min. Make it cool by mixing for 1-2 min. Boil milk and add in cocoa, pralin and kuvertur. Melt strach in the water and add in egg yolk. Mix it the milk. Cook it for 25-30 min. Cool it put cream inside of bread. Four chocolate over it.
