  Semolina 300 gr.
  Flour 350 gr.
  Sugar 150 gr.
  Planing lemon

  Sugarpare Ingredients :
  Flour 500 gr.
  Baking-powder 150 gr.
  Egg 2 pc.
  Sugar powder 150 gr.
  Oil 100 gr.
  Margarine 150 gr.
  Vanilla  
  Cyrup  
  Water 1 kg.
  Sugar 1 kg.

Ypilisi:Whisk the egg and sugar welyl and heat it on the cooker.Mix the egg miwture, flour, semoline, lemon skin and vanilla in an other pan. Pour it in a tray and cook it in the oven. Pour over the cyrup when it’s cooked. Sugarpare : Mix all the ingredients and make the dough ready. Cover it with a wetcloth for 10 min. Makesmall balls and cook it in the oven. Serve it with cyrup.
