Milk Custard With Rice

  Ingredients Amount
  Rice ½ cups
  Water 1 ½ cups
  Starch 1 ½ tablespoons
  Milk 5 cups
  Sugar 1 1/3 cups
  Lemon cover's grater 2 teaspoon

Preparation :300 grammes rice is cleaned, boiled for a short time and strained. Approximately 2,5 litres of milk is boiled in a saucepan and the readied rice is added to it and cooked until it softens. Powdered sugar is put into it just before it boils.
