Kadayif Ball

  Ingredients Amount
  Kadayif 250 gr.
  Margarine 150 gr.
  Walnut powder 100 gr.
  Pistachio powder 100 gr.
  Date-fruit 200 gr
  For the cyrup
  Sugar 500 gr
  Water 300 gr.
  Lemon 1/4pc

Preparation :Use 3/2of margarine to mix the pastry. Make a paste with half of the pistachio and walnut and date-fruit. Divide the pastry in 12 pc. and put the paste inside of the pastry and make balls. Spread the oil over the tray and place the balls in. Cook it in the oven. When it gets cold, pour the hot cyrup over it.
