Preparation :Use 3/2of
margarine to mix the pastry. Make a paste with
half of the pistachio and walnut and date-fruit.
Divide the pastry in 12 pc. and put the paste
inside of the pastry and make balls. Spread the
oil over the tray and place the balls in. Cook
it in the oven. When it gets cold, pour the hot
cyrup over it.
