Preparing :Bone chicken.
Remove skin. Cut into 2 ½-3 cm (1-1 ½ inch).
Set aside. Grate onions. Combine with milk and
olive oil. Add seasonings; stir. Combine with
chicken cubes. Place in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate
for 24 hours. Remove from marinate; drain. Thread
on metal skewers alternating with vegetables.
Broil on charcoal, rotating. Serve hot.
