Dough Preparatıons :
Flour is sifted. The middle part is opened like
a pool. Pool. Salt, egg, 59 gr. oil, 15 gr. ferment
and a slight quantitiy of milk are added. thE
mixture is kneaded and the dough thus formed is
shaped as a ball. A wet cloth is put an the dough.
After 10 min. the dough is cut vertically into
5 parts by knife. The dough quarters are flattened
bay adding 100 gr. oil and roled by a rolling
pin in each 10 min. twice. It is divided into
2 parts and aid on a tray 30 cm. in diameter.
The ingredients prepared seperately are put on
the rolled dough. It is left to formentation for
10 min. İt is baked for 25 min. in a moderately
heated oven. Then it is served.
Preparatıons
: The pumkins are peeled, grated and its water
is separeted by pressing. The onions together
with some oil are fried, green pepper and grated
pumkin are added together with garlic. the mixture
is cooked for 10 min. and the peeled tomato is
added. tHe cooking is stopped and grated cheddar,
thin chopped dills and egg yolk are added and
mixed
