  Ingredients: Amount
  Lamb thigh 150 gr.
  Rice 75 gr
  Onion 1 pc
  Salt 1 spoonful
  Black pepper 1 spoonful
  Chick pea 75 gr
  Egg 1 pc
  Salt, Mint  
  Butter, Yogurt  

Preparing : Leave the chick pea in the water for about 18 hours. Cook the chopped beef with chick pea. Mince the lamb in the foot processor than after add onion, rice, salt and black pepper than mince them all again. This mixture will be rolled in small pc. and left in the water. Strain it and add them with chick pea. On the other hand melt the butter with mint and add it into the mixture. Mix the egg with yogurt in an other plante and add to the mixture. Cook it for a while and serve it.
